That means a single, coherent body of knowledge that stays findable, current, and reusable, with agents that work *inside* it rather than guessing at it from the outside. The [[Multi-agent second brain|shared brain between people and machines]] is not a theory for me - [[The Forest]] is one I build and run every day. Organisations and the people in them naturally structure and silo. I work across that grain - a generalist, a polymath really, who notices the connections between teams, tools, and domains that everyone benefits from but no one is actually looking for.
