![[AI Collective Second Brain#^definition|AI CSB]] ## Components [[AI Collective Second Brain|AI CSB]] setup with: ![[Collective Second Brain setup#^components|CSB]] - & [[Claude Code]] as [[AI agent]] Everything in on place serving as [[Single source of truth]], for both people and agents. The [[vault]] becomes the **long-term memory**; [[Claude Code]] becomes the hands. ## Installation 1. Install [[Collective Second Brain setup]]: ![[Collective Second Brain setup#^install|CSB]] 2. Install agent ### Setup ![[gh#^setup|gh]] ### Open ![[Collective Obsidian setup#^open|CSB]] ## Structure ![[Obsidian folders#^folders|Structure]] ## How to make changes ### Human ![[Do changes on a branch and create pull request#^flow|changes]] ### AI #### Modes Two modes depending on whether you want to work in Obsidian in parallel: 1. agent works on your `<branch>` (in other words, agent working on your behalf) - Use when you are not working in [[Obsidian]] at the same time - Agent commits directly to `<branch>`, no [[Pull request]] to it - Faster, no review overhead for simple tasks 2. [[Worktree mode]] - Multiple tasks can run simultaneously, each in its own [[git worktree]] (you can imagine it as an agent working on its seperate `<agent-branch>`) - Agent creates a temporary folder at `.claude/worktrees/<taskname>/` - Agent opens a PR for each task - review before merging - locally in [[vscode]] or, - on GitHub - Worktree is removed after PR is created #### Task 1. Open terminal in [[vault]] root 2. Launch [[Claude Code]]: ![[Claude Code#^open|Claude]] 3. Run a task note: ``` execute task from Prompts/<task-name>.md ```
