^pain
A personal consumption pain. The worker has well-organised personal notes — and an AI tool intended to use them still cannot answer questions the worker knows are in there. The structure that makes the notes legible to the worker is implicit; the format is presentational, not typed; the tacit context the worker brings as a human reader is missing for the agent. Felt at the moment the worker realises that *human-readable* and *agent-readable* are not the same property.
## Discovery questions
- "Have you tried connecting any AI tool to your personal notes? What happened?"
- "When AI answers a question, can it cite anything you've actually written — or is it mostly guessing from the web?"
- "If an AI agent had to find an answer in your notes, what would slow it down?"
