In order to deliver product (**WHAT**) define: - **WHY** - [[Problem]] is being solved - **WHO** - by an [[Expert]] - **WHERE** - within discipline / area - **WITH** - using specific tool (further [[Techradar]]) - **WHEN** - in a specific time (estimate) and: - **HOW** - in a specific way (with a **reasoning**) ^structure There are many **HOW**s (combinations): - One **WHY** (problem) can have multiple **HOW**s (solutions) using different tools (**WITH**). - One tool (**WITH**) may be used in many **HOW**s solving different problems (**WHY**). ^combinatorics
