Before moving fully into leadership, I served as an [[Individual contributor|individual contributor]] in a Technical Advice team focused on architectural decisions, quality standards (including [[DORA]]), and cross-company technical guidance. I also built the first organization-wide competency matrix that covered both engineering and non-engineering roles — the foundation for later leadership frameworks.
Regarding establishing standards also had an influence towards career paths, and recruitment processes improving adoption of standards while improving evaluation.
