I have rules: - [[Sibling notes don't link to each other]] - [[Concept notes don't list their implementations or subtypes]] where I explained how to avoid cycles and fulfil [[Knowledge base HAS to be DAG]]. But I faced a [[Claude hallucination]] that forgot the convention during the conversation, and I asked him why. That's why: ![[Claude didn't ignore the convention - it just didn't apply it.png]] > **Claude Code:** I didn't ignore the convention - I just didn't apply it carefully enough when writing the note. Both problems stem from the same habit of mimicking the OODA loop note's structure, which itself had a "Similar techniques" section. So it fixed the way I recalled him, but after a few times the situation happened again, and ofc with a message `You've hit your limit` :( ![[Let me fix - You've hit your limit.png]]
